20.08.13 – Pro bono referral
Dear Mr Bodenstein
I refer to the above proceedings and to the pro bono referral made by Justice Campbell on 5 July 2013. I have found a barrister who is willing to provide some advice. Would you please contact me as soon as possible so that I can provide you with his details.

30.09.13 – Bar Association
Dear Mr Bodenstein
The week before last, I received a telephone call from the barrister who had conferenced with you following Justice Campbell’s pro bono referral. The barrister indicated that you were considering making an application for referral to the Bar Association for further legal assistance.
It may save you some time to know that you do not need a referral from the Court to apply to the Bar Association for legal assistance. There is a little information available here: http://www.nswbar.asn.au/docs/legal_assist/LARS_130910.pdf

Ok Amir. I will speak to them today. Sorry, I just saw this now – it’s not an email address I use often.
Felicity.
Amir,
I spoke to Warren from Hope Street this morning and he said he would remove your photo as soon as possible. We don’t want anyone to ever feel uncomfortable about their portraits, but I really do feel your photo and story are so lovely, please let us know if you change your mind.
And thank you for sharing your blog with me in the past. It gave me some insight into the challenges you’re facing. I wish you luck with all of that and hope you’re getting the support you need.

4. I also ask your client to declare in writhing, its commitment not to do any further usage of my images and written material about me, other then documents which are required and are part of the legal proceedings.
5. I believe that your client’s action of publication, is a wrong interference with the legal proceeding, and I also might use this Poster as an exhibit in the defamation’s trial.
6. On 28 November 2013, it is in my intention to ask the Court for an order to force on your client no 4, and if necessarily also no 3.
